hi Felicia! i’m really glad you updated your blog! maybe now i can finally sleep! i’m sure one of the solutions will work! i knew there would be more intelligent ppl than me…but i didn’t expect there to be so many!!! i dunno what to say…sorry to hear about your scar…urm…but at least you can walk, right?

i know because i read that you were at the Peranakan Ball (heehee…so that’s why you played with the words ‘we had a ball’)…i’m really glad to hear you had a good time with your mum =) i haven’t heard you blog about her for some time, though you mentioned her in your SA speech…

hope you don’t mind, now i talk a bit about myself…actually i also went to the Ball…i was looking out for you, but didn’t see you…i sat at the front row, facing the right side of the stage/camera left…the centre looked like it was Jeanette’s fans! i went with my parents…considered as a mother’s day present if you like…

i saw uncle Richard Low as we took our seats, and saw boss Lucas Chow sitting behind us…then while waiting for the show to start, Yuan Shuai and Apple Hong arrived, sitting on the right side…i didn’t see you…so disappointed about that, mainly cos i wanted to ask you how your leg was…i was a bit worried when you said you were super distressed…

of course, i didn’t know for sure you would be attending, but if i had to bet, i knew there was a chance you would attend…partly cos you played Anqi…i didn’t expect you to go with your mum though…

i guess this can be regarded as a happy ending to the day 16 May…it wasn’t a nice feeling to read your blog earlier, but i’m happy for you to see (hear) that you and your mum spent time together tonight!

a little bit shame i didn’t get to see you tonight…not just to ask you about your leg, but at the start of the day (before reading your blog), it would have been an early birthday present for me (next week)…but really, hearing you had a good time, i think it’s quite a nice present too!

i’ve written so much, yet haven’t made a comment about the show! i would give 6.5 out of 10…would have been 7, were it not for the mic problem…you know, my mum said last time, it used to be guys acting as ladies in this kind of shows (as was the case for Ben Yeo and the others)…hmm, he deserves congratulations for his baby! i read that in bagua…

ok, time to sleep, good night…i hope you can keep this comment private please….and the fact that i didn’t see you tonight makes me wonder if i should go to PS for your public appearance next week….see how first…

good night, Felicia (the best, maybe the silliest, but certainly most determined girl!), my favourite idol….

erm…do u mind if i call u jie, i’m still young btw…confirm younger den u =x ok back to the main thing….don apply salt or alcohol unless u can endure pain alot. i’m a st.john officer so i noe about it. apply those would make 1 person screen like hell n never add salt to a wound. if never take care properly after applying salt to wound it would be infected. wat i suggest is u use iodine which can be found in parmacy to kill the germs on top of the wound to prevent infections. (den u can use a gross pad to stick on it before u go out of ur house or to somewhere dusty / dirty to prevent contact with the germs n ur cut.)
i’m not sure about using aloe vera with cuts so no comments =x ok maybe i very lou so…lol.

    Hi!

Below are stuffs tt i googled..

Eat plenty of citrus fruits, potatoes and broccoli that are rich in vitamin C as it helps in healing process for burns and other wounds.

Vitamins A & E too speed up the healing process for burns such as green fruits and veggies, cereals and nuts are high in vitamins A & E respectively.

For quick recovery time and healthier skin after burns, consume foods rich in zinc.

Hope it helps in speedy recovery and take care.. =)

Ps: Next time dun use egg wor.. =x

I dun knw if u will see my comment or not. But I gt a better suggestion, I think it is better first u go guardian or watsons and buy some normal saline. It is actually salt water, I knw it will be painful but it will heal faster. Then u go buy and apply some guaze over the wound and put some tegaderm and paste over the guaze. It will heal faster. I did this for patients before. It heals fast.

I am a student nurse by the way. U can take my advice if u willing to try. This is the best solution.

    Felicia, that sore looks nasty.
Be careful, go for a blood test to ascertain you’re not diabetic. It look like one of those wounds. Go to a medical practitioner for god sake!
    Its no laughing matter Miss.

I suggest that u wait for your wound to heal before dealing with the scar. Vitamin e is good for fading scars. Prick a vitamin e capsule n apply the oil on your scar. You can take the vitamin e pill too, it can help u externally and internally.

    Is it effective?

  40. Weiyang, on May 20th, 2009 at 12:19 am said:

“WHOAH! 105 comments!” is seriously pretty darn amazing. & i believe everybody’s telling u wat cream is good, how to protect blah blah blah.

But there’s actually no need to apply so many creams etc. On the contrary, applying different creams as u may have done could have adverse effects on ur skin. so i suggest u just leave it alone, airing it at night & just putting a simple plaster in the day(damn, i’m becoming one of ‘them’).

but yeah, the body will heal on its own. =) & oh! save money! haha…though i think u’re earning quite a bit. =p

Hey you can try going to guardian, there is this rectanglar clear gel pad that removes scar, it can be use for around 1 - 2 months. i think its not cheap used to be 60dollars for 1 piece. If you cant get it there you can get it from Dr.woffles wu clinic, my brother got it from there last time.

    Hi Felicia,

Actually, aloe vera gel inhibits healing because the wound can’t breathe.
You could try using opsite post op. I always use that when my skin tears from friction from ballet. It speeds up healing =)

Oh no. Who is that idiot who recommended Chlorhexidine solution? Chlorhexidine solution is for a more severe solution or a more severe infection wound.

If you are still looking for some stuff that can heal first before applying cream, pls use isotonic solutions like normal saline 0.9% - NaCl 0.9% is also the name of the solution. it cost only $3/bottle at guardian pharmacy. I think watson is selling too.

I’m a nurse, so just trust me.
you are going to burn yourself with Chlorhexidine solution.
